Part to whole ratio:
Compound Ratio: is the ratio of products of the corresponding terms of two or more simple ratios. More Examples: Kim goes out shopping with $300 in her wallet. When she is done she has $50 left. What is the ratio of what Kim spent to what she didn't spend? 250:50 Answer 5:1
A box has 3 balls, all of which are either red or green. If the ratio of red to green balls is 1:2, how many red balls are in the box?
