Formula : (a+b)(a-b) = a2-b2

Example:
Find the product (3x+2y)(3x-2y).
Solution:
Clearly the given expression is in the form of (a+b)(a-b) with 3x for a and 2y for b.
Therefore, (3x+2y)(3x-2y) = (3x)2-(2y)2
= 9x2-4y2

Example:
Find the product (t+5)(t-5).
Solution:
(t)2-(5)2
= t2-25
