9.12 Multiplying a Decimal by a Decimal

Method:
  1. Multiply ignoring the decimal point and get the product.
  2. Count the number of digits after the decimal point for the first number.
  3. Count the number of digits after the decimal point for the second number.
  4. Add both
  5. Starting from the right most digit for the product, count the total number of digits and place the decimal point.
