  1. Read the questions carefully.
  2. Convert each fraction to its corresponding decimal.
Example: Convert 1/5 to decimal.
We write the equivalent fraction of this by multiplying both the numerator and denominator by 2
1/5 x 2/2 = 2/10
2/10 = 0.2 ( Since there is one zero in the denominator, there appears one number after the decimal point)
