A bar chart, also known as a bar graph, is a chart with rectangular bars.
Each bar is equal to the number of items of something.
Bar charts are used to compare two or more groups of items.
The longest rectangle stands for the group with the highest value.
The shortest rectangle stands for the group with the lowest value.
