To find by how much number of oak trees greater than larch trees, we subtract 100 - 10

Q 1: This bar graph shows how many of each kind of tree there are in a garden. Each bar on the graph shows how many trees of a certain kind are. Find how many more oaks than maple trees are?

100 - 50 =50
110 - 50 = 60
70 - 50 = 20

Q 2: This line graph shows the daily high temperatures for a week. The line segments connect the points to show how temperature changed from day to day. Find how much higher was the temperature on Friday than on Sunday?

35-29=6
