6.3 Time, Money, and Estimating

Method:
  1. Look at the number. If the last digit or the units digit is 5 or more than 5 we add 1 to the number in the tens place and make the units digit 0.
  2. If the last digit or the units digit is less than 5 then make the units digit 0 and keep the tens digit as it is.
Example:
Which would be the best estimate for 108 + 32 = ?
Answer: 110 + 30
