For dividing a fraction by a fraction or by a whole number (other than zero), we find
the multiplicative inverse or reciprocal of the fraction/whole number (other than zero)
and then multiply the first fraction by the reciprocal of the second fraction. Thus, the division of a fraction by a fraction/whole number (other than zero) is converted into a problem of multiplication of fractions. To find the reciprocal of a fraction, we interchange its numerator and the denominator. In case of a whole number say 8, we can find the reciprocal by considering 8 as 8/1. The reciprocal of 8 is 1/8.
