Example: Multiply (a+b) and (c+d).
Solution:
   a+b
* c+d

ac+bc         =(a+b)c
      ad+bd   =(a+b)d

Adding= ac+bc+ad+bd

Steps:
1. To get the first term in the product multiply the first terms in the two binomials.
2. To get the middle terms in the product multiply the two terms which are at the extremes and which are in the middle and add the result.
3. To get the last terms multiply the last terms in each binomial.
