Solution:
To find factors first we find HCF of the terms, that is
Breaking each monomial simplest numerical literal factors, we get
15x2y2 = 3 * 5 * x * y
6x2yz  = 3 * 2 * x * y * z
9xyz  =  3 * 3 * x * y * z
HCF of the terms = 3 * x * y = 3xy
15x2y2 + 6x2yz + 9xyz = 3xy * 5xy + 3xy * 2z +  3xy * 3z  (Since 3xy is the HCF)
= 3xy(5xy + 2x + 3z)
