The Value of Digits

Method:
  1. Start from the right most digit.
  2. Going from right to left, the place values of the digits are ones, tens, hundreds, thousands, and ten thousands, hundred thousands, million, ten million, hundred million and so on.

Example: What is the place value of 1 in 163,975,352?
